Includes full accessory work, warm-ups, flexible RPE/% prescription, and video demos—perfect for app users looking to train like coached athletes.

Powerlifting Prep – Beginner to Intermediate (3 Days/Week)
A 20-week, 3-day per week program tailored for lifters in their first few years of consistent strength training. This plan emphasizes high-frequency exposure to the squat, bench, and deadlift (SBD), with low to moderate volume and intensity. Built in four 5-week blocks—Intro, Hypertrophy, Strength, and Peaking—each phase progresses systematically toward a max test or meet day. Ideal for those new to structured periodization. Comes complete with warm-ups, RPE/%-based main lifts, and CFN video demos.
